Resource Constraints: Like many small to mid-sized contractors, resources can be limited, Sometimes leading to bandwidth challenges. Growing Pains: As the company scales, some processes are still being standardized, which can occasionally create confusion or duplicated efforts. HR was the best prior to new mgmt.

The CEO does not appreciate his employees, and is a narcissist. He literally only cares about his white colleagues, even though he’s a black male, and does not do anything to protect his employees. HR is the absolute worst now that it’s under new management, and I hope everyone gets the karma/ reality check they deserve for their wrongdoings. NO ROOM FOR GROWTH AND PAY DOES NOT MATCH EXPECTATIONS THEY EXPECT YOU TO WORK LONG HOURS BECAUSE YOU’RE SALARY AND OVERTIME UNDERPAID AND OVERWORKED NO REAL TRAINING ONCE YOU COME ONBOARD POOR LEADERSHIP AND LACK OF SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE AMONGST MANAGEMENT TEAM
