Rapid and high growth means we are often very busy; you need to be organized to stay on top of the volume. Cross-departmental communication is generally good but can occasionally get siloed during busy periods.

Low pressure environment, and colleagues are generally pleasant. Pays relatively well in general, and good benefits.

Management, HR and Sales are often out of touch with the reality on the operational side. Their best employees are not the ones who get the proper recognition. Promotion and salary raises will only come to you if you threaten to go elsewhere. Very little opportunity to climb.
