      Pros

      Great atmosphere, everyone is friendly and highly collaborative. Opinions and inputs are valued and taken seriously. Good starting opportunity for recent graduates and those building their career.

      Cons

      No benefits, low end of salary scale, talent ends up leaving as there is no real financial incentive to stay and no opportunity for advancement due to small size.
