Pros
- the team mates are great - Flex start - work from home days - unlimited sick time ( more than 3 days in a row requires documentation)
Cons
- project schedules are always an issue - every problem is high priority and needs to be done now, regardless of your current schedule - always asking for people to work OT but won't do anything to fix schedule issues - no raises regardless of how well they do (company does profit sharing. If the other divisions do not make their goals, then no one gets raises)
