Bright talented teams. The people and great collaborations were the core of the success we had over difficult projects and customer's dead lines. Really enjoyed and embraced the old corporate cultures, values and teams. Time-off policies are somewhat dependent on what project or which customer you are working on - my boss is good about making sure we get the deserved breaks.
