It is easily among the best in class for this category, and demand for EMS platforms is unlikely to diminish in the foreseeable future. New features are regularly added, so the product is quite dynamic. Culture As a small company, eSight has a very tight-knit, family feel. Coworkers tend to interact positively with one another, and there is a strong sense of comaraderie in the office. Benefits eSight has a 35 hour work week, which is rather unusual. They also provide employees with more paid holidays than is typical in this area. Career opportunities Because eSight is a small company, there are not advancement opportunities popping up continuously. However, there are many opportunities to demonstrate leadership, and eSight likes to promote from within when an opening appears. Additionally, as the company grows new roles are sometimes created. This provides employees with the opportunity to move into related positions.
