Fraud organization - BDM Manager eShiksa Employee Review

I have experienced it as one of the most unstructured an organisation.They do not have any fixed values of their own in terms of employee management and paying their salaries as committed but they might not even pay salary which is minimal.They may put pressure on you to achieve non committed targets and hold your salary which is basic.Do make yourself firm enough and also be ready to go for legal proceedings if required. This is my viewpoint.I would like to hear something good from others.One of the most important thing is that they do not make you agree their terms and conditions in writing before you join.

Be cautious. Don't get cheated.

You will learn how to sell an IT software to end user, understand clients requirements and full fill their needs. Learning is there but wait , Don't ever join this company due to this reason.

They will put you in severe pressure, make you run here and there, make false promises,. They will hold your salary for a long period of time and won't pay the full salary at last , You need to beg for your salary. They won't even pay the travel allowance they committed in the beginning. I spent almost 12 to 14 thousand rupees on fuel during a month and they paid only 10000 rupees salary to me for that month.
