Everything, No Work life balance-Minimum 6.5 days working. 5 holidays in a year, 10-12 hr working each day. Made to do at least 7-9 employees' work. No HR policies and the company doesn't even have insurance for their employees. No Structure No basic facilities in the office, no pantry, you are even objected if you use tissues., even the bathroom doesn't have a proper water supply and you may get stuck. Micromanaging CEO, with no new ideas, and just 0 creativity, only uses his creativity to shout at employees. Curses you to not work even 2 AM in the night, Very Egoistic person and leading to the collapse of the company. Delayed salaries for months, no hikes/increments. They promise you a variable but never pay it. No reimbursement of any sort
