Pros
Clean. Good location. Generally friendly environment. Friendly colleagues. Good rep for you if you worked here.
Cons
Unfair. Not understanding. Attendance is really screwed up. Tons of mix ups during work and planning. They're never organized. Very low pay and long working hours. Unappreciative of their employees. They don't value a new employee, just because he's new. They never listen to advice/problems and only care to kill the issue, rather than fix it or know why it happened. Very low raises, no matter what you do/deliver. Hippocratic behaviors in managerial level. A LOT of turn overs.
