- rude CEO with no filter - employees are only family members - commission structure is really sub par - CEO constantly changed monthly quota (with no new contract renewal singing)

There are absolutely no pros to joining this Mikey mouse operation

This is a small family business that uses outdated software to be “efficient” - worked here for 6 weeks and the expectations were outrageous. Zero training and the CRM is an absolute dumpster fire to sift through from the many AE’s that come before you. It’s not a surprise that the turnover is so heavy. The owner has severe trust issues and will micromanage you until you actually lose your mind. Do not work here there is absolutely zero upward movement or processes to grow this business.
