I appreciate the feedback and am happy that you feel your opinion counts at eScholar. I am glad we have such different backgrounds and viewpoints and know it helps us make better decisions. As always, I would appreciate any specific feedback if you want to reach out directly. I get it about the noise sometimes, hopefully having the conference rooms available helps. Shawn Bay

Pros

The company offers flexible work hours and a good work from home policy. There's always fresh fruit in the office. The people are generally nice to work with. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork and innovation. Many of its clients have been long-time clients, because there is a "whatever it takes" attitude to make sure the clients are successful. eScholar is only focused on education, so there's a clear mission and vision.

Cons

eScholar is only focused on education, which is a challenging industry that's highly subject to local, state, and federal policies. The sales and marketing team is small, which burdens other teams, because it requires members of other teams to pitch in regularly. The company provides a 401K, but no company match. The company does have a profit sharing program, which is put into the 401Ks though.
