Pros

Really friendly coworkers. Honest and open management meetings about the status of how things are going in the company. Forward thinking, using employee feedback to improve office environment, and therefore employee moral.

Cons

The commute. Most employees seem to be at least an hour away from the office. The city the office is in is quite expensive, so bring a bagged lunch.

Pros

The company offers flexible work hours and a good work from home policy. There's always fresh fruit in the office. The people are generally nice to work with. There is a strong emphasis on teamwork and innovation. Many of its clients have been long-time clients, because there is a "whatever it takes" attitude to make sure the clients are successful. eScholar is only focused on education, so there's a clear mission and vision.

Cons

eScholar is only focused on education, which is a challenging industry that's highly subject to local, state, and federal policies. The sales and marketing team is small, which burdens other teams, because it requires members of other teams to pitch in regularly. The company provides a 401K, but no company match. The company does have a profit sharing program, which is put into the 401Ks though.
