1. Challenging work - eSamudaay builds product at the intersection of eCommerce, fintech and video streaming. This makes for super challenging and satisfying work. 2. Good pay - Best in class salary at par with biggest companies in India. 3. Flexible timings - Flexible work hours, liberal WFH, holidays whenever needed.. cannot ask for more
