Pros
Worked at Esim Go for about two years and the original team was fantastic, felt progression was happening in terms of personal development and goals until they scrambled the management
Cons
Completely downhill from May 2024 when they made some strategical changes and hired the wrong C levels.
Fired most of mid management in Autumn and demanded for the rest to pick up the slack, people were scared to loose their jobs and were overworked.
HR didn't care even if people would cry in front of them out of desperation.
