Pros
I worked here (Bucharest) for almost 2 years and entered the gaming industry 6 years ago. - Very good environment for people that are ready to learn and develop (mostly on their own, but too few companies even allocate this time) - Some of the ways things are done may be outdated but it's for the sake of transparency, for everyone to understand how things work. If not pleased with the solutions and tools they have, feel free to build your own (hence, the time to do it) / request to acquire. - Having small teams implies team-work and surpassing the position's responsibilities, but this again helps those that want to learn. - People are involved and dedicated to bring quality.
Cons
- Poor quality management systems, mostly because of the limited amount of specialized people in each field (in other comments it was perceived as an "all-knowing" attitude which may be seen as micro-management and somewhat pushy but it serves the purpose of determining people to find solutions and overcome their limitations) - There's not much room for bringing innovation (possibly also because of the poor quality control) - Some corporation-like expectations which don't seem they belong, giving the context
