This would be a great brokerage for anyone transferring over to a new brokerage. In other words , you have knowledge of how to close down deals. This is a very independent style of being a realtor. I was not interested in hanging out in an office socializing. So this was perfect for me. 100% commissions makes a huge difference from what I was making before 64% ! You pay monthly dues of $99 and your errors and omissions insurance which is $6 or $7 per 1k you make
