      They'll tell you what you want to hear to get you in the front door and then treat you like crap once you get the job absolutely worst ever stay away from Randy Rooney and the SPG group it's a toxic environment with a micromanager who has no experience with people.

      none, absolutely none, this was mentally draining, and professionally exploitative.

      Cons

      I was GROSSLY underpaid, they paid me $60k in the bay area, and expected to work over some weekends. After working here for 5 years, they kicked me out claiming "restructuring" and gave me 7 weeks of base pay as severance, IN THE BAY AREA. IF YOU'RE PLANNING TO WORK HERE, DON'T. RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.
