Pros
Very dedicated to my position and I worked very hard during my hours of 7:30 to 4:30. Yes out the door at 4:30 after 9 hours of work. Some reviews that commented on the employees that work 9 to 5 but they were never in at 7:30!!!!! Salaries there are very competitive, benefits were very good along with bonuses. I trained VP's down to PA and PM's on the great applications ePS offered to their clients.
Cons
Was never told of the outstanding work I did by upper management. I feel their positions got to their heads. When I left the company I think they appreciated what I did but would not have the heart to say it. Upper Management and HR were the CEO's puppets! They need to praise the people getting the company to where it presently is and reward those employees. While I was employed there I seen 275 people come and go.
