Pros
MD Is very good person. He has some values.But he does not know about how software field works. so he has no choice but depend Some good projects they have handled. They handled client called Teamlease...it is excellent job by their skills. Projects comes definitely Company has sufficient funds for remaining 2 years.
Cons
no insurance. still they show reason as small company, but it is not new company. fresher gets very less salaries. hot techonlogy getting less salaries meaning pathetic. small mistake by you causes removing from project, their big clients are worst that it is like master slave kind. may be bacause of that only this company is not growing. they compromise infront of client. so employee is the first victim trust and talent are the key to stay in the company. if any one of them is not there, they do not put you any project. no coding standards. no implementation of salesforce out of the box features. finally you will not learn anything...not even small help to freshers to grow that which is needed for career improvement..
