Pros

weekly pay is the only pro

Cons

you have to pay 5 pounds a week to get your payslip, they take money everywhere they can whether it is pension, holiday pay, EMPLOYER'S NI, apprenticeship levy etc. until you are left with something just under minimum wage. No sick pay

Thank you for your review and sorry you felt you needed to say such comments, which are factually incorrect. £5 is not to get your payslip. The £5 is a substantially reduced margin that is applied for processing a full end to end payroll service, which includes invoicing, receiving funds, processing your salary to your bank, providing a text message, emailing your payslip, providing a full RTI submission and processing your PAYE deductions to HMRC and answering any pay related queries you may have. The margin attributed to processing your pay is actually paid for by your agency in your agency rate, along with holiday pay, pensions, apprenticeship levy and any other agency deductions. Maybe if you had listened to our customer service agent when they went through this all with you, you would not be so disappointed? Before you agree to sign up for our umbrella payroll services, we go through this and ask if you are happy and wish to continue or if you have registered online, you will have received this information, along with a KID document, from your agency. The KID document, outlining all deductions, is also shown with your Contract of Employment online, before you tick the box to proceed. If you would like a reminder of how umbrella payroll works, please follow the link in your welcome email, which provides the information we go through at point of registration again for you. Please email admin@epayme.co.uk and let yourself be known so that we can issue your P45 and you can find an alternative umbrella company. Many thanks. S Johnston - Director.
