A BIG BIG BIG HOLE

1. No process 2. Monday to Thursday you will see general work. But all of sudden, team would get call from Boss that we have demo on Monday. Then everyone would start working with no plan. Everyone would be asked to work 24 hours sat and sun to finish it. SO no personal life 3. There are seniors who spent 14 years in this company. New Joinee would think that since these guys are working from so long, there is full Job security. But NO.... You will be terminated anything
