Pros

A few good workers who fight the good fight and try to do things right. A few good company events, when they met in person.

Cons

Not enough good workers. No work life balance. Favoritism reigns supreme. A frustrating lack of transparency, honesty, and talent amongst senior management and leadership. There is no real structure here. There hasn't been for over 3 years. People either quit or get 'let go'. Others burn out so hard that they perform subpar at their roles and responsibilities. Senior management doesn't seem to care. Hardly anyone collaborates. Too much investment in projects and programs, not enough in production, content generation, and science. A culture of finger pointing and posturing purported by senior management. I could go on but you get the point

Pros

You will learn what not to accept at a workplace here.

Cons

Lack of transparency and communication; lack of truthfulness regarding job expectancy and requirements; lack of truthfulness with clients regarding their capabilities which manifests into stress for employees trying to work without the appropriate resources Employees are consistently expected to work late nights, over the weekends and holidays. Employees are expected to answer emails and phones late into the evening. This company has an after-hours phone for program managers that they do not mention when they hire them. They offer promotions to employees who threaten to quit from being overworked but do not offer solutions for the actual issue at hand. They claim to care for their employees and their families. I recently became aware of a former colleague who lost both of their parents due to Covid over the recent company holiday break. After attempting to return from bereavement leave, the employee was notified they no longer had a job. I found this absolutely disgusting. I have personally witnessed the disrespectful tone and language that leadership uses with some employees. I am also aware of situations where employees' job were threatened if they did not make themselves available to handle responsibilities assigned to their managers or account managers. They labeled them as "duties as assigned". Salary reviews are promised but never happen. There is absolutely no career pathing which makes growth questionable. HR is no help because they are not certified HR professionals. They are employees that they moved over to those positions.
