Pros
The hiring process was wonderful and easily streamlined. All expectations were made clear throughout the entire process. Work culture is great and employee well-being is always a priority with the exceptional leadership team. The organization is so well established that it allows the management to easily help everyone get acquainted with the overall job feel. They were flexible in giving work from home with all the requirements due to the pandemic. Also, follows 9 hours of working time a day. Fun activities are conducted making the working atmosphere even more lively. The culture is conducive to creating friends and mentors with a lot of opportunities to get involved based on your interests. Moreover, the company is growing and there are opportunities for each to grow as well.
