Pros
The people...period. Everyone understands that this is a work hard/play hard environment. There is always people saying hi to each other and laughing. At the same time, I haven't met a group of more motivated and hard working individuals. The culture allows us to move up within the company when we do the right things. It's nice to be rewarded for performance.
Cons
They feed you A LOT!!!!! I know everyone talks about the freshman 15 but we have the eMoney 15. There is breakfast twice a week, lunch brought in often and can't forget about the snack room. There is a newly added milkshake machine that I haven't been bold enough to go near for fear of gaining more weight!
