Great place and good work life balance

None as such. This is a great work place

1. Quality of work 2. Flexible timing 3. Lot of learning for a beginner and are provided with lot of opportunities to handle individual projects and clients.

Since it's a small organization there's a lot of biasness from the top management side. The management doesn't really take any actions towards any grievances reported. The working environment isn't really great either, it's dull and kind of demotivating. The policies related to employees can be altered at the whims and wishes of the top management.
