Pros
Getting the feedback and testimonials from participants on how much we're helping them improve their lives... it's incredible to be able to work for a company that makes this kind of impact! Plus the culture is awesome... people have each other's back, everyone has been super helpful -- there really is a connection.
Cons
Not really a con, but there's rapid growth happening -- keeping pace is a challenge. It's a good problem to have, you just need to prioritize self-care (with unlimited PTO that's pretty easy though).
