The only pro is that the charlatans Pavel and Rory convinced me to never work in this field again.
Cons
Too many to list entirely, however to name a few...the owners love to create inter-office drama by turning co-workers against each other with rumors and gossip. They also advertise products on their website at cut-rate prices and have the EEs tell the customer that the item is out of stock and try to up-sell to an expensive item or service (the bait and switch), which is illegal and immoral. Pavel and Rory also bury hidden fees into their contract and constantly lie to customers. Frankly, these 2 are a menace.
