Pros

• They're open to hiring candidates with little to no experience, including students. • Relatively spacious office in the city center with a decent kitchen, free daily coffee, and fruit available most weeks. • High-end equipment in the Design Team. • The opportunity to work with international clients and markets. • Decent wage is attainable after a few years.

Cons

• The owner and CEO maintains complete control over key decisions, often prioritizing her struggling fashion brand over the company and employee wellbeing. • The rest of the management has proven to lack essential interpersonal and leadership skills. It's also unclear what value they bring to the organization. • A hostile work environment that, unfortunately, seems to be getting worse by the day. • High-stress environment and work culture. You can expect constant burnout as employees are frequently overworked and expected to work unpaid overtime almost daily in some cases. Raising your concerns in any way can lead to disciplinary actions. • Frequent layoffs that are, in some cases, accompanied by insults and verbal threats of legal action. • A significant number of experienced employees have recently left, so there is little opportunity for mentorship or professional growth.
