      Pros

      - Definitely a great platform to launch your DM career. - Good learning atmosphere - Fun events - Cool gifts for new years / special events - Performance based promotions which is great - decent pay

      Cons

      - Major office politics - favouritism for certain individuals who “catch the boss’s eye” - zero work life balance - no respect for boundaries - during their annual awards night, all awards were given to the same set of individuals who are already on the executive team.. (it’s honestly a joke watching the same people get the awards every single year) why even have such a night!?

      Good people. Senior are very helpful at all times. Same level peers are the best. Good office. Fun place. Above industry pay.

      Cons

      Heavy workload. No hybrid working. Often have to work during weekend or after working hours.

      Can learn basics of digital marketing Has transport service (Similar perks) Office events Can handle big projects and work with reputed clients

      Cons

      High workload & Under appreciated Majority of the time have to work during off hours Culture is not the best (My opinion) Lower level employees will be stuck to doing repetitive tasks Growth opportunities are very limited.
