      * Beginners can get basic knowledge regarding the digital marketing industry.

      Cons

      * No respect and some team leads treat their juniors like nothing. * They expect you to work even after working hours, on weekends, and have no work-life balance at all. * Management doesn't care about employee problems, they only care about achieving their annual targets and profits. * They try hard to show they have a cool culture through their social media content but the truth is they don't have a cool culture at all. * Company has Office politics and favoritism

      Good people. Senior are very helpful at all times. Same level peers are the best. Good office. Fun place. Above industry pay.

      Cons

      Heavy workload. No hybrid working. Often have to work during weekend or after working hours.

      Can learn basics of digital marketing Has transport service (Similar perks) Office events Can handle big projects and work with reputed clients

      Cons

      High workload & Under appreciated Majority of the time have to work during off hours Culture is not the best (My opinion) Lower level employees will be stuck to doing repetitive tasks Growth opportunities are very limited.
