Pros
You get to work on some books that you like occasionally.
Cons
First off, they never remove job listings. They will constantly interview for positions because if they find someone better, they will fire you and hire them. It doesn't even have to be that you're doing something bad, just that they have to like the new person better. So you're never able to relax. There is no opportunity for advancement or trying something new. There's only two managers and what they say goes. If they decide something it's set in stone. And if you get on one of their bad sides, even once, prepare to be sidelines constantly and get terrible assignments. You're expected to work a little off the clock to get things done. Doesn't matter if the workload is alot. Doesn't matter if it's management's fault. If you don't do it, they've got an interview tomorrow and you can be replaced. There are some good people there, but you're never able to fully connect with anyone because there's never any team building. Lastly, the company doesn't seem to have any indication of direction other than chasing the quick buck at the expense of what little fanbase they have. Now that their Yaoi fanbase has slowed, we're almost full steam jumping ship to Hentai and abandoning alot of our Yaoi fans.
