Benefits: Strong benefits package. Organization talent: Those that work hard, really work hard and can be great mentors. Challenging industry: Great resume builder for tackling extremely complex problems and understanding dense processes.
Cons
Seniority over talent: Entrenched culture in doing things the old way. Top performers in no position to get company moving forward. Too conservative: Overthinks everything to point there is no brand identity, true understanding of target market. Lots of guess work applied.
