      Pros

      It is a pleasure to work in this company. Most of the time, there are no barriers to communication. Although not top of the line in terms of pay, benefits such as insurance and provident fund are guaranteed.

      Cons

      The lifecycle of the project is long and somewhat unmaintained, and the scale of the business makes personal progress here highly self-driven.

      Work at home, good salary compared to chinese company. My boss is very friendly and helpful, also they totally trust me even haven't met me even at once.

      I cant think of any cons. Since I am doing a remote intern
