1. Salary is paid on Time and sometimes in before. 2. Salary Advance Option is beneficial to employees. 3.Office in a residential colony with no disturbance and good surroundings.
Cons
1.Security guard behaves as if he is the Owner of the company. 2. Management lacks motivation, don't want to aim high. 3. Mr. Sastry (COO) is a dual personality, demotivates the employees with his illogical talks and irrelevant explanations. 4.Management never gives credit to the good work done.
