eLamb is a young, ambitious eLearning company that provide bespoke and off the shelf elearning to clients in the UK and United States. The pro's of working here is the relaxed management style, everyone is treated as a mini CEO and given the freedom to achieve the results required. at eLamb you're treated as a person, not a cog in a machine. The MD keeps everyone in the loop with regards to the company's aims, objectives and performance with monthly updates. I feel special working at eLamb, I feel that I have significant input into the roadmap and direction we're heading in.

Honestly, right now there are no con's - its an exciting time to work here.

Office culture is very positive and there is no blame ethic within the business; you work and learn, if things go wrong its a case of finding out why rather than finger pointing and blaming. Your voice is heard as a member of staff and ideas are listened to and evaluated from there. You feel like you are actively shaping the company as it grows

As it stands, the company is operating in a way i'm very happy with. There is no need to list any cons.
