Pros

I have no pros. This was a horrible experience.

Cons

I was hired as a recruiter and given an introductory period of 90-days to learn my job. My first day consisted of signing an NDA and a non-compete that made me feel like I couldn't work should I leave and that I couldn't speak about the company whatsoever should I choose to leave. During my 90-days I watched multiple other recruiters leave and a near 100% turnover within the office. After 90-days I was given a little raise and was responsible for assuming the roles of the others that had fallen during my time. I'm baffled that this company is trusted to provide care to children and I urge you to look at other employment.

Pros

Upper management is always supportive, direct with their instructions, and available to assist! Everyone works so nicely as a team and has positive outlooks. Always trying new ideas and helping brainstorm problem solving. Upper management is personable and makes you feel included in conversations. Very transparent office.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

There are no pros for working at this company and for this leadership team.

Cons

Do not work here. This company only cares about the bottom line. Patients, families, employees and nurses are treated like garbage. This company is failing for a reason and will be going under within the next year. The CEO and COO have no idea how to run a business, the COO has laughed at nurses hardships, speaks horribly about employees, and argues with the CEO in front of other employees. Employees are over worked, underpaid, and under valued. Turnover is the worst I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t even make up some of the things that happen at this company, absolute dumpster fire. Do yourself and your mental health a favor and work for Bayada or Aveanna, way bigger companies with professional management, better pay, and benefits.
