Pros

Literally nothing positive to say.

Cons

The COO is a narcissistic egomaniac. Employees are overworked and underpaid. 100% turnover each year. Nobody knows what is going on in the office because their business practices are so shady. They will send you to a dangerous home if it is a profitable case without any regard to your own safety and do not offer benefits. After awhile if your options are working there or living in your car, living in your car starts to sound better and better. Don't believe any of the good reviews. Most of the people mentioned on their website aren't even there anymore.

Pros

Upper management is always supportive, direct with their instructions, and available to assist! Everyone works so nicely as a team and has positive outlooks. Always trying new ideas and helping brainstorm problem solving. Upper management is personable and makes you feel included in conversations. Very transparent office.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

I have no pros. This was a horrible experience.

Cons

I was hired as a recruiter and given an introductory period of 90-days to learn my job. My first day consisted of signing an NDA and a non-compete that made me feel like I couldn't work should I leave and that I couldn't speak about the company whatsoever should I choose to leave. During my 90-days I watched multiple other recruiters leave and a near 100% turnover within the office. After 90-days I was given a little raise and was responsible for assuming the roles of the others that had fallen during my time. I'm baffled that this company is trusted to provide care to children and I urge you to look at other employment.
