Pros
These negative reviews stunned me. I am new here at EHS - three months in. And I really can't begin to explain how grateful I am to the CEO and all of the account managers who have ALWAYS lent a hand, joined me on new client calls, provided constructive (NOT demeaning criticism) and saluted me when I tried to learn more. Joining EHS... there is a lot to learn. You have to be a self-starter - and as long as you are giving it your all, the team will always be there for you to help you get past whatever milestone you might be facing. On your first day everybody welcomes you with special backgrounds on ZOOM (I know this is a small thing but it really lightens the load on your first day). We went on an amazing off-site where the company REALLY put a lot of work into team building (we went to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC, and to a skyscraper where you can stand on glass and look down - not to mention a BEAUTIFUL dinner in Bryant Park). They flew everybody in for this and for an in person meeting. It was really over the top and in my opinion goes to show how much they appreciate their team. I am totally team RJ (CEO). I have a difficult role at EHS where I must bring in all new business. And I can be hard on myself. RJ is always there to let me know what I can do better, where I am succeeding and what next steps will be if I need coaching or if I have concerns. I have never had trouble having 1-1's with the CEO, who is actually a very gentle and kind person. In my experience so far it seems as though if you are a hard worker who is open and honest with themselves about where they are at in their role and how they can do better, you will always have the support of RJ and the team. I also have to mention the bright minds who work here. I catch myself learning something new everyday. This is a GREAT career choice. The pay is great. I could write anything here but I truly feel grateful to work at EHS. I have the ability to work from home. We have a virtual office (Spot Virtual) where we can all hang out with each other at any time, without the need to wait for a response in Slack. The product is amazing. You'll be selling offerings that are exclusive and that have massive value add for agency buyers. I would also step back and say that because this is remote work, you have to really be willing to train yourself, too. I think this would apply for any remote position. But the CEO has made sure not to put me out there too much before I am fluent in the pitch and offering, he is constantly open to my pitching him and he gives lengthy feedback (which should be applauded!). You will be greeted warmly here, for sure. Everybody here is extremely qualified - they do their homework in hiring people. The interview process is long but you have to consider that if they are vetting all hires like they vet you, you're going to have a great team. I would say to anyone considering a position here to really, ignore the reviews that are negative. I have experienced nothing of the sort and I am currently employed here. I also feel like most people who work here are happy. There is no gossip or cattiness and really nobody speaks about being unhappy at all. I think EHS has a really special team at the moment and it would be an awesome time for anybody (like me) to join!
Cons
There is a LOT of information to learn. I don't see this so much as a con, but you will have to be willing to step up and study quite a bit. (These materials are provided for you). The remote work makes you want to spend time with your co-workers because everybody is pretty tight - but the offsites take care of the "fun" aspect of getting to know your co-workers.
