EHS is an excellent environment to build skills and take on meaningful responsibility early. I started as an intern and quickly transitioned into a full-time role. The team is supportive, full of fun personalities, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. RJ is a strong mentor—ambitious, fair, and open—with a decades long track record of success. I couldn’t think of a better place to start my entry into a field that’s now my career.

I prefer a more urban location with transit so I think the office location could be more interesting.

That early experience played a huge role in shaping my career path and gave me a strong foundation in digital health. It felt like a place where you could develop quickly because you were challenged in the right ways and supported along the way. The fast-paced nature of the business was a big plus. Priorities moved quickly, which pushed me to become more adaptable, think on my feet, and build strong problem-solving skills early in my career.
