      Amazing culture, full WFH, great opportunity, fantastic leadership, great place to work.

      Cons

      The benefits, specifically insurance, is comically bad. Like more expensive than I have ever seen in my whole career for really bad insurance.

      Pros

      “Unlimited PTO” that’s actually MASSIVELY watched under a microscope & remote work.

      Cons

      Pay is horribly below average. I had to negotiate my salary up and the annual salary increases are few and far between. They changed the bonus goals to make them unreachable so that nobody gets fully paid out. The insurance is HORRENDOUS. Zero opportunity for career growth.
