Not a rigid management for technology change, as long as your aspirations are aligned with the company’s vision. Yes, there are some operational issues which needs to be streamlined and I am sure management is working towards that.

Culture Shock from UAE. Isolated building without a cafeteria. Every second person is distrustful of other person due to artificially induced insecurity. People who are used to work in a well established environment might find it difficult to adapt to the new environment.

Nothing as such. Being a new company the process are getting streamlined don't expect MNC type flexibility but sure within some time every thing will be in place. Being backed by RAK government they follow UAE timings which might take some time to adjust.
