Pros
Health and Wellness committee that puts on healthy competitions and offers lots of information on healthier eating options. Collaborative, teamwork based environment. Learning skills that will become more and more relevant as retail seems to keep moving toward online related sales. It seems that having this type of training/ job opportunity will really pay off in the long run. Yearly pig roast and yearly chili cook off
Cons
Sometimes things can get a bit repetitious, but it still beats the uncertainty of job roles that many companies have.
