      Pros

      This is the easiest job in the entire world as long as you don't mind walking about 14 miles a day.

      Cons

      Management blames production for all problems when the biggest problem is the bloated warehouse supervisor. The owners barely care and everyone else in tier two and three of the company delegate all their issues downward while quarreling with each other for political reasons.

      Pros

      The people on the floor are the best thing about it. Lots to learn.

      Cons

      They will take complete advantage of any worker they can to save a buck or make themselves look good. Very poor communication, throughout the whole establishment. Human Resource personel is two faced and should not be in that position. They have supervisors that can't handle a 5 man team running their depts.
