Once original owner stepped down, new management team somehow managed to destroy a viable organization

-Compensation ok -Nice building -Flexible schedule -Medical/Dental/Vision/401K -Meal delivery program is an excellent idea for reaching weight loss goals

-Lack of good management -Call center environment somewhat like elementary school. Extremely low class people working here. Managers are petty and immature. They don't seem to realize or care that this is a place of business. -High turnover -Lack of stability. Always in fear of losing your job. -Non existent Human Resource department
