Sales is a huge deal which is ok if you are performance based

Great upper management. My Leader is very supportive and helpful. They work very hard to give you the opportunity to advance and do regular evaluations for pay increases. The hours are good. The company promotes from within which makes jobs higher up a reality for the employees. I can take my equipment and go visit family or vacation as long as I can plug into a router I can work from anywhere with secure internet. If you have a personal situation they will do the best they can to work with your to help resolve. They also have Quality Control people to help you overcome areas that you are having issues with which is very helpful. The management is a positive, pro-active, supportive and upbeat people I have advanced through 4 including my Grad leader in less than 70 days and every leader has been really easy to work with. They expect you to show up and work hard and are willing to reward you for your efforts. They are fair and reasonable.

It's a numbers game you have to be able to accept that some days are better than others are but your leader will help you make up the difference. No sick days, holidays or benefits. But there are programs you can find to make that happen. If you need extra money they offer extra money on Saturdays and run contest weekly to help increase you income which makes it more fun and challenging to partisipate.
