Pros

I first would like to say I have worked with this company for over 2 years (on and off) as an inbound, outbound and even QC rep. (currently inbound rep) This company has room for growth and they are good with training. It lasts weeks actually but you are put on calls on the second day if you pass their tests. (the calls are training too!) They are all about communication and they make that clear from the start. The pay is great, competitive and A LOT of raises + Saturday bonuses (if you choose to work) You get to pick your own schedule WEEKLY. You can take breaks when you want as long as you get your hours in. Support team is awesome. If your looking for work they are always hiring. If your willing to work they are willing to pay you. Direct deposit is awesome checks are optional. My name is Evan Collins I am not management and your welcome to check for those of you who are skeptical about fake reviews.

Cons

You have to be self motivated to come to work and do your job. Its not really a con its just most of these negative reviews reflect that. The only other con I can think of is if you have performance issues due to a bad internet provider you can get fired. BUT you can fix that issue and re apply. Its all about communication and this company is available always.
