Laid back atmosphere, in charge of yourself for the most part, PTO and sick days

Cons

Lack of communication across departments, no clear job expectations, expected to do work that is not apart of your job without compensation. Poor management, gossip, drama. Lots of blatant favoritism and special treatment. Will gaslight you. Sketchy business practices.

Leadership is very hands-on and accessible, so it’s easy to get support or feedback when you need it. The team environment is collaborative and motivated. Everyone is focused on getting things done and helping the business grow. If you’re someone who likes being in a fast paced setting, this is a great place to be. There’s also strong exposure to the e-commerce and beauty industry, which makes it a great learning environment. You get to work with well known brands and see how a large scale online business operates behind the scenes. Employees who take initiative are noticed, and there’s definitely room to grow if you’re willing to put in the effort. Overall, it’s a solid place for someone who wants hands on experience and to be part of a growing company.
