      I can approach the leadership and have a decision and backing in less than 24 hours. Everything is based off what is best for our customer. Everyone works together to accomplish our goals.

      Results are expected, as you own the project once it starts.

      Some of the people are nice and you have the flexibility to try different things.

      No room to grow, pay is low, you’ll be in a hamster wheel grinding away forever.
