I have an extremely pleasant experience within this company. From the job interview, I could already observe the highly positive and encouraging attitude of the leadership. All processes are extremely well organized, and the explanations provided offer very detailed insights into how tasks should be accomplished. I was very happy to have a clear direction from the beginning, and I wasn't asked to 'find my own way.' The team is extraordinary, and within it, I always find support and assistance. The system is built in a very employee-friendly manner, as tasks are gradually distributed, and there is always help and guidance provided to resolve them. This makes work a very enjoyable learning process and is not accompanied by stress. I am very satisfied with the salary as it is constantly improving, and its growth is presented from the beginning. The schedule is flexible and allows me to organize my day efficiently. I love working for this company because it feels like being in a group of friends who have decided to do serious things together, yet the atmosphere remains one of friendship and understanding.
