      - Fully remote - Semi flexible hours (for the most part, but there is a shift to follow) - I was blessed to work with a great team

      Cons

      - On a downward trend in terms of profit, given the competitors that arised over the past decade - Bonuses were removed a few years ago - No HMO

      I was blessed to be assigned to a great, mature team.

      - Benefits didn't change or improve within 5 years. - A lot of buzzword marketing talk from the CEO but no definite action seen in the direction of the company.
